Kimberly Parry announces that Kate Riley is now the Director of Education for Kimberly Parry Organics, bringing her 35 years of experience in the field of health and wellness to the KPO team.  Kate is responsible for protocol development and design, and will be liaison to train and implement wellness treatments designed specifically for Kimberly Parry Organics products.  With the addition of Kate to our team, we will be exceptionally creative in our company policy to educate, differentiate, and elevate.

Cellular Mood

A thought for the new year, and the rest of life…I was listening to the radio and this remarkable man said (to the effect that): being in a bad mood is completely selfish because you force others to change their mood(s) to deal with yours, and because you deny people the beauty of your true nature.

Wow.

Here’s the thing:  the way we move through life is embedded in our cellular memory.

Then, it becomes a habit.

The way we react, the way we greet and deal with situations: they all become habitualized in our system; and then the memories of that become so ingrained in our way(s) of being that we react to future situations without even knowing why. 

Sometimes, we can release these habits on our own, as in unconsciously reaching for a cigarette. But sometimes we need the help of an objective person. This is where Somatic Bodywork comes in and is very useful because it releases the habit from the cellular memory.
